The 6ft Wood Bar brings a warmth to a room that a lit or acrylic bar cannot. The front and sides are built from horizontal wood planks in a dark rustic stain, finished with a smoother counter top, so it reads as a natural, hand-built piece rather than a piece of event equipment. At 72 inches wide it gives two bartenders room to work side by side, which is the practical size for a reception that has to move a crowd through drinks.
Unlike our lit and acrylic bars, the 6ft Wood Bar has one built-in shelf that runs the full length of the bar. Bottles, glassware, mixers, and bar tools stay within reach on the working side without adding a separate piece, and that is the biggest practical difference between this bar and the rest of our bar program. The back is open so staff work from behind it, and the counter sits at 42 inches, standard bar height, so bar-height stools pull up to the guest side.
