Modern Event Rental offers event bar rental in Chicago for corporate receptions, launches, conferences and brand activations, and many of our bars are built in-house.

Bar styles

Choose from LED bars that glow in your brand color, round and curved bars that serve from every side, sleek black and mirrored bars, rustic wood bars and bars framed in exposed truss. Most bars can carry a vinyl logo or sponsor graphics.

Event Bar Rental FAQ

Do you provide bartenders or beverages?

No. We rent, deliver, set and pick up the bar. Your caterer or venue provides the bartenders, beverages and service.

Which areas do you deliver bars to?

We deliver throughout downtown Chicago and the Loop, River North, the West Loop and Fulton Market, the South Loop, and the suburbs, including Rosemont and the O’Hare area, Schaumburg, Oak Brook and the North Shore, from our Elk Grove Village warehouse.

Can a bar be branded with our logo?

Yes. Most of our bars take vinyl graphics. Allow time for artwork approval and production before your event date.
