Description

Small Curved Truss Bar Rental Chicago

The Small Curved Truss Bar is a working service bar built from exposed aluminum truss. Diagonal lattice runs the length of the curve and the legs are truss columns, so instead of a solid front you get visible structure, lit from within in a range of colors to match your event palette. It shares the exposed-aluminum look of our box truss and circle truss pieces, so it reads as part of a truss-built room rather than an object dropped into one.

The number that matters most here is the depth. At 12 inches the Small Curved Truss Bar takes half the floor of our 24-inch panel bars, which puts a real bar in places that normally cannot hold one: a narrow pre-function corridor, a tight lobby, a trade show booth, or a wall where a deeper bar would choke the traffic lane. The gentle 60-inch curve softens the industrial frame and turns the guest side into an approach rather than a wall.

The counter sits at 42 inches, standard bar height, so bar-height stools pull up to it and it lines up with the rest of our bar program. Because the frame is see-through, plan storage behind the bar rather than inside it. We deliver, set, and strike throughout Chicago and the suburbs, including Morgan Manufacturing, the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Union Hall, downtown hotels, and corporate campuses across Chicagoland.

FAQ

How much floor space does the Small Curved Truss Bar take?

Very little for a bar. It runs 60 inches along the curve but is only 12 inches deep, half the depth of our panel bars, so it fits tight lobbies, narrow pre-function corridors, trade show booths, and rooms where a 24-inch bar would block a walkway.

What colors does the bar light up in?

A range of colors, so you can set it to match your event palette. Because the frame is open rather than a solid panel, the light plays through the lattice instead of glowing off a flat face.

Can we keep bottles and supplies inside the bar?

Keep in mind that the truss frame is open, so anything set inside it is in full guest view. Plan back-of-house storage behind the bar instead. Our Wood Bar Shelf is the usual companion for bottles, glassware, and back-up stock.

What makes a truss bar different from your other bars?

Every other bar we rent has a solid front. The truss bar is exposed structure, so you see straight through it. It suits industrial and production-forward rooms where the staging aesthetic is part of the design rather than something to hide.
