Description

Equino Black Bar Stool Rental Chicago

The Equino Black Bar Stool is the adjustable stool in our seating program, finished with a black upholstered seat. A gas lift under the seat raises and lowers it through roughly 24 to 32 inches, and the seat turns a full 360 degrees on its polished silver pedestal base. Where our other stools commit to one height, this one covers counter height and bar height in a single order.

Black is the harder-working of the two finishes. It hides the wear of a long event better than white, it reads cleanly against almost any bar, and it stays quiet in rooms where the bar or the branding is meant to hold attention. In practice it is the safer choice for high-traffic stations and multi-day shows.

The seat is a curved wrap-over shape with a low back lip, set on a slim silver column with a footrest bar. At 15 inches wide by 13 inches deep it has a smaller footprint than our Ashton or Payton stools, and the round base takes up less floor than four legs. We deliver, set, and strike throughout Chicago and the suburbs, including the Wit Hotel, Kimpton Gray Hotel, downtown venues, and corporate campuses across Chicagoland.

FAQ

What is the difference between the Equino Black and the Equino White?

Seat colour only. Both sit on the same polished silver pedestal base, share the same wrap-over seat shape, and have the same height adjustment and swivel.

Can these work at a counter as well as a bar?

Yes, and that is the point of them. The gas lift moves the seat through roughly 24 to 32 inches, so one stool covers a 36-inch counter and a 42-inch bar. If you are matching a specific counter height, send us the measurement and we will confirm the fit.

How much floor space does each stool take?

15 inches wide by 13 inches deep, which is a smaller footprint than our Ashton or Payton stools. The round pedestal base also takes less floor than four legs, so a row of them crowds a narrow bar run far less.

Is the seat upholstered?

Yes. The seat is a curved wrap-over shape with a low back lip, upholstered in black, so it gives some shape to lean into without the bulk of a full chair back.
