Description

Illuminated Pedestal Communal Bar Table Rental Chicago

The Illuminated Pedestal Communal Bar Table sets a 72-by-24-inch acrylic top on four slim square acrylic columns that glow from inside. At 42 inches it is a bar-height communal table for standing guests or 30-inch bar stools.

The columns stand as a row of light under the top, so the table reads as a sculptural piece rather than a frame with legs. It is narrow enough for a booth aisle edge or a hallway reception, and it lines up well with Illuminated High Boys for a mixed standing area. The light cycles through colors or holds a single brand color.

For a curved version, the Illuminated Serpentine Communal Bar Table uses the same column construction across 12 feet.

We deliver, set, and strike throughout Chicago and the suburbs, including McCormick Place, the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, downtown hotels, and corporate campuses across Chicagoland.

FAQ

How many guests can use it?

Six to eight standing, or six on bar stools.

Can we use it in our McCormick Place booth?

Yes. Your company names Modern Event Rental as its outside furniture vendor (an EAC) before the show’s deadline, and we deliver to the booth during move-in. Our McCormick Place EAC guide walks through the form, and our trade show furniture page covers full booth packages.

Does it work on a bright show floor?

It shows best at evening receptions and in dimmed ballrooms. Under full hall lighting it still reads as a clean colored accent, which is enough to pull eyes into a booth.
