RSNA gives exhibitors the opportunity to host off-site meetings and events at restaurants, RSNA contracted hotels and other facilities. RSNA asks exhibitors to read its function space guidelines and submit its Exhibitor Function Space Request Form, and it lists three event types: entertainment and social events, focus groups, and staff or company meetings. RSNA 2027 moves earlier: November 14 to 18, 2027, the week before Thanksgiving, with the Technical Exhibits closing November 17. In 2026 the EAC deadline fell about six weeks before the meeting, so plan for a similar window and confirm the date in the 2027 Exhibitor Service Kit. Not through a new request. RSNA’s deadline for Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor requests was October 15, and RSNA does not consider requests after that date. Your options are to order booth furniture through Freeman, the official contractor, or to ask your exhibit house whether it is already registered as an EAC for your booth.
Yes. RSNA lets exhibitors host off-site meetings and events at restaurants, contracted hotels and other venues, and asks them to submit its Exhibitor Function Space Request Form. Once your space is confirmed, we deliver, set up and pick up the furniture, following the venue’s load-in rules.
