The Gold Bar Shelf is the most decorative shelf we rent. Four clear glass shelves sit inside a gold frame that rises to an arched, tapered crown rather than stopping square, and the whole piece stands 80 inches tall on a footprint just 36 inches wide and 12 inches deep. It is built to be looked at as much as loaded.
Those proportions are the point. At 80 inches it stands taller than our Tiffany shelves, the Edison Bar Shelf and the Wood Bar Shelf, while taking less width than any of them, so it fills vertical space in rooms that have height to spare but no floor to give. A pair flanking an entrance, one at either end of a bar, or a single unit turning a dead corner into something intentional all use it the way it is meant to be used.
Clear glass keeps it from reading as heavy. There is no back panel and no solid surface anywhere in the piece, so light carries through the frame and a guest sees the bottles, the packaging or the decor rather than the shelving holding them.
